What our Disability Support Workers Do
Our team provides a range of in-home, community, and online services, to help you make progress towards your goals, and to support you to meet your personal needs.
Disability support workers can assist with:
- Daily tasks and chores: Assistance with preparing meals, personal care, household tasks, mobility (safe transfers in/out of bed and shower) and exercise or therapy programs
- Medical support: administering medications, bladder and bowel management, seizure support, wound care, enteral feeding
- Community access and transport: Support to attend events, appointments, or recreational activities
- Skill development: Help to build independence, self-care routines, and to progress towards personal goals
