Expert Guidance from lived experience

At Culture Connex, we believe that true inclusion starts with deeply understanding the unique needs, experiences, and aspirations of every person we support.

Led by Managing Director Jake Briggs a respected disability rights advocate, industry leader, and NDIS participant our consultancy combines lived experience with professional expertise to help organisations, government agencies, and communities drive meaningful change.

With extensive experience across disability advocacy, policy development, project management, business development, community engagement and through his work alongside the Big Four consultancy firms Jake brings a unique perspective on how systems and services can better support people with disability. This blend of insight allows Culture Connex to bridge the gap between high level policy and real world impact, ensuring every recommendation is practical, sustainable, and grounded in lived experience.

If you’re seeking strategic advice, program design, accessibility improvement, or inclusive workplace solutions, our consultancy empowers you to make informed and impactful decisions.
